Companies no longer offer formal career paths and the HR departments are so downsized that no one has the time or skills to help. You are told YOU now have responsibility for your career but feel ill equipped to do so.

I have been working with people since 1996 so that they can;

• improve their personal skills, communication, management skills, leadership skills, managing work relationships etc.
• prepare themselves for the next step up to management or executive positions.
• look at their options for a lateral career move
• find a new career direction, perhaps one based more around their values.

I am qualified in using a number of psychological "career testing tools", including and am a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) and a graduate of Coach U.
